From the very start of the process you are in good hands, based on details CAD details or dimensions from the site survey our design office provide bespoke drawings which when approved form the “blueprint” of the works. Our experience of completing thousands of vastly different projects means we can tailor our products to suit your needs and offer advice on how to get the very best from your space. There is no need to be limited with standard sizes or modules, we understand your building is unique and so are the products we provide to you.
We procure timber only from sustainable sources to the highest quality standards. With full in house CNC capabilities including the very latest in edge banding technology the timbers are skilfully manipulated to the required shape and size, be it for a deck board, seat back or writing ledge.
To increase our environmental efficiency all the waste timber goes into our Wiema WL4 shredder and then on to the briquette press. These machines allow us to convert all the waste timber into blocks, most of which are burned to fuel the boiler and water heating at our registered office.
Sourced locally from the South Yorkshire region the “heavy” part of our manufacturing process often gives the integral strength to our units and seating. Be it fabricated in one of our many welding bays or punched on one of our state of the art cnc drilling presses the steel components are put together with the care and attention to detail you’d expect.

Ideal for sports or functions such as prize giving presentations or performances. One complete unit consists of five sections. Each section is progressively shorter and thus has the ability to store away within the next larger one. Each section is fitted with wheels suitable for use on sports surfaces and the whole unit is easily rolled away.
When open it is ten metres long and will seat approximately 60 spectators. When folded away the whole unit measures 2.8m x 1.5m and is 2m high.
Sections can be bought separately to create other combinations of numbers of seats.
The most recent addition to our factory, we have a newly installed powder coating plant which now gives us total control every step of the way. The new plant sees steel go through the latest iron phosphate 3 phase pre-treatment process prior to being sent into the drying oven prior coating. The operation is then completed using top quality polyester powder before passing through to curing.
Individually cut using our state of the automated fabric cutter, this allows any size to be used. The material is then sewn to form the seating covers. Upholstered using only the highest grade CMHR foam each component is hand finished by one of our skilled upholsterers. Only contract grade materials are used in this part of the process to allow us to meet the very strict fire regulations and ware-ability criteria.
One of the areas we are most proud of, the finish to our timbers in particular is an essential part of the product once we hand it over. We use the latest techniques with environmentally friendly products combined with some old fashioned methods to get that individual quality feel.
Carried out by our dedicated team of site installers each project is carefully fitted and completed to meet the very high standards we demand. All of our installation team carry CSCS cards with the supervisors also having the 5 day training certificate. For each project we undertake a site specific risk assessment and method statement, this includes health & safety considerations along with other details such as noise, vibration and manual handling assessments. We provide inspection and sign off sheets to give comfort to our end users the works have been completed to their total satisfaction.
3 hard copies and one electronic copy of our standard operating and maintenance manual will be provided on hand over of each project. These include but are not limited to instructions on how to use the system, details on finishes and cleaning / maintenance tips, special formats for your particular O & M manual can be provided if required.
Our service department are on hand to provide technical assistance for any on-going issues. In the unlikely event of problem or repairs that are required owing to failure of the products, damage or vandalism are corrected swiftly. We encourage references to be taken up; again we can supply details for this.
